Being in the customer service business, I know people are quick to tell you what is wrong, but rarely bother to tell you what is right. So, here you go. I purchased an arbor a few weeks ago. My experience, in general, is that when you make a purchase like this, either parts are missing, or parts are mis-cut, or the assembly directions are in Greek and impossible to understand. Your product, on the other hand, was the complete opposite much to my pleasant surprise. It arrived on my doorstep when you said it would; all of the parts were there and were undamaged; the cuts were perfect; the assembly instructions were easy to follow; and the shed looks absolutely great in our yard.
