Lift Gate Delivery Service

If you are purchasing a shed or gazebo, you may be interested in adding the Lift Gate Delivery Service to your order. Without this service you will be required to be present at the time of delivery AND be responsible for unloading the package contents from the back of the truck.

With the Lift Gate Delivery Service, you will still have to be present at the time of delivery, but you will not have to hand unload the unit. Instead the truck driver will lower the complete pallet to the ground for you.

The freight carrier is only required to make a curbside delivery so it is the customer's responsibility to move the kit into their driveway or backyard.

Standard delivery of most sheds, gazebos, and pergolas is booked as "curbside, residential, hand-unload, w/notification". If you add this to your order, you will still have to be present at the time of delivery, but you will not have to hand unload the unit. Instead the truck driver will lower the complete pallet to the ground for you.

Keep in mind the delivery is still curbside.
